Tenosique

The bridge into Tenosique There is this quaint town at the east end of our mission called - Tenosique.  It took us about 3 1/2 hours to drive there.  It is a wonderful town and wonderful people.  We did Zone interviews there and President's second counselor, President Valencia and his wife came to meet us and help with the Conference.  They took me to order pizza for all the missionaries - we have found nothing warms a missionary's heart and soul like PIZZA!  But in Tenosique there are no Little Caesar's or Domino's, so they took me to a local pizza shop with the most wide variety and kinds of pizza that I had ever seen and I was quite the novelty in there, they don't get many North American's through their shop.  After we purchase 14 large pizza's we returned to the church and they delivered the pizza and soda to us (see photos below).
