Missionaries Working Around the Mission

Our missionaries work hard everyday. They are teaching and serving the people of Mexico and other missionaries.  Here are a few photos of the missionaries at work.

We had a special work project in Coatzacoalcos and the Elders in the Zone all pitched in to help get the work done. Moms- they do know how to clean!  It was a great day working together.

We received a new group of missionaries on March 13th!  We are excited to teach and learn and grow with them.  We had a wonderful day of training and then of course, the exciting moment when they meet their companion.  Welcome/Bienvenidos a Villahermosa misioneros!

March Departures - Salidas

In March we had two different departure groups. The first group of 4 Elders left on March 4th, all wonderful, great missionaries that will be missed.  Our second group of missionaries left March 13th, 3 Elders and 1 Hermana.  They all are experienced, successful missionaries and Mission leaders - they will be missed!

March Zone Conferences

This transfer we did 3 Zone Conferences and brought Zones together for the teaching.  Our first Conference was in Zapata and we had the Zapata and Tenosique Zones together.  The next day the conference was in Villahermosa and we had 4 Zones together; Villahermosa, Gaviotas, Cardenas and Carmen Zones. The final day we were in Minatitlan with 3 Zones together; Minatitlan, Acayucan and Coatzacoalcos Zones.  President Haws taught and the Assistants taught and then we had a wonderful testimony meeting at each Conference. After the conference we fed them and sent them out to work!  It was a rejuvenating day for spirit, mind and body.  We love our missionaries!!

Moments Around the Mission

Well it has been a while since I posted anything - that is because we have been really busy!  We have made it around the Mission a few times for regular interviews, special interviews, Zone Conferences and just helping various missionaries.  I thought I would post some of the pictures that were taken in this last month of work around the Mission.  Enjoy and look for your missionary -

The group of new Elders and their Trainers came
into the Office for training and they arrived from
far away and hungry!  Luckily we have a
McDonald's right next door to the Office.
What could be more fun than getting McDonald's
with a group of missionaries!
