Farewell Fiesta

We had a wonderful send off party with family and friends at The Barton House on Saturday, June 18th.  Our friends Judy Cannon and Geneil Vines hosted and held a wonderful event where we could say good bye and feel all the well wishes of the community of Redlands.  There were over 200 people that came by to send us off!

30 Days Until the Mission Presidents Seminar

We have been studying and preparing in every way to go on this mission. This week we received in our Mission President's portal the final list of items to study, read and watch in preparation for the Mission President's Seminar, which begins on June 23rd at the MTC in Provo, UT, USA. We are getting excited and yet there is still a lot to do in order to leave our lives for 3 years.  We are also trying to spend as much family time as possible and enjoy the activities we like to do, like ride our motorcycle and go to the beach.  The point of departure will come, in 30 days actually.  

Welcome

We are so excited to go to the Mexico Villahermosa Mission!  We look forward to meeting and working with the people of Mexico and the wonderful missionaries that will be serving with us. This is one of the wonderful sites in our Mission, the LDS Temple, which will be just a few minutes from where we will live and work!
